Indiana Wesleyan University's online Bachelor of Science in Management degree program stresses skill development in business management. This includes analysis and problem solving, the application of global perspectives, the identification of appropriate methods of communication, the application of relevant technologies, and developing ethical solutions using critical thinking. All skills learned through our online management degree coursework are examined from a biblical perspective, within the framework of a Christian university.
Students pursuing this undergraduate adult education program also have the option of adding a Human Resources Management (HR) specialization to their degree. Those who complete this option will be equipped to fill the role of educated and credentialed HR professionals, demonstrate an alignment of knowledge and skills with Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) standards for Human Resources professionals, and be prepared to take the SHRM certification exam (with actual certification subject to additional SHRM requirements such as work experience).
Are you looking to earn your Bachelor's of Management in Indiana, Kentucky or Ohio? This B.S. degree program may be completed online or onsite at various locations in all three states. The human resources/HR specialization is available to online students and also to onsite students in Indiana.
If you have not yet obtained your Associate degree but already have 36 to 59 credit hours of previous college coursework, IWU's Bridge program can allow you to immediately start working toward your online business management degree.
