Overview of the Online Educational Leadership Program
The Education Specialist (Ed.S.) degree is a pathway that can lead both to the Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) and a leadership career in the field of education. It is specifically designed for students who are interested in educational leadership positions. The major in educational leadership allows you to start working toward your personal leadership goals through a project that gives you hands-on experience in the area that interests you most.

TUITION

Applicable fees for resources and services will be assessed throughout the program. Tuition and fees for prerequisites and required elective courses are in addition to the charges shown on the program cost sheet. Your tuition rate will remain the same as long as you remain continuously enrolled in the same program. REQUIREMENTS

- Completed master's degree in education (or related field) from a college or university that is accredited by an accrediting agency recognized by both the U.S. Department of Education (ED) and the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA). The degree must be verified on official transcripts and sent directly to Indiana Wesleyan University.
- Graduate GPA of 3.0 or higher in graduate-level courses from master’s degree-granting institution.
- Minimum of three years of experience at an educational organization or related field.
- Present at least two letters of recommendation.
- Successfully complete the curriculum.
- Maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.25 or above in all graduate work and a minimum grade of "B-" in each course.
- Payment of all tuition and fees is required to receive a diploma.
