Whether you want to broaden your horizons and try something new or build upon skills and interests you already have, joining a club or organization is one of the best ways to do it. With dozens of offerings at IWU, there’s bound to be at least one group that matches your interests.

Most of the clubs at Indiana Wesleyan University are overseen by the Student Government Association. SGA works with faculty, campus ministry, and the university’s administration to represent students in all aspects of life at IWU and make sure the student voice is heard.

For information about SGA clubs, or if you’re interested in getting involved with SGA, contact members at iwusga@indwes.edu.

Multicultural Organizations

IWU Community Folk Dance
IWU Community Folk Dance seeks to promote interest and participation in cultural heritage through events involving the use of traditional dance and music to worship God. You can find this group of students at weekly meetings or at campus-wide events where the leaders teach new participants how to dance.

International Student Association
ISA is an internationally diverse community on campus comprised of students who have lived in and/or have been shaped by other cultures. Our desire is to see international students thrive and reach their full potential at IWU through advocating for international student needs, providing international mentors, connecting students to IWU families, and creating avenues for fellowship.

Association of International Relations
AIR is dedicated to fulfilling the Christian diplomatic mission: Christ's call to love our neighbors across the globe. We are students who believe that to fulfill this calling, we must first learn about the world around us and how we can most effectively love others in reflection of Christ. We strive to educate ourselves and our campus about global events. To accomplish this mission, AIR encompasses IWU Model United Nations, Global Citizenship, and the Missing Peace event series.

Service Organizations

IWU Dance Marathon
The nation’s first Dance Marathon began in 1991 at Indiana University to honor AIDS patient Ryan White. Today, the Riley Dance Marathon program is Riley’s fastest-growing fundraising event program, with more than 60 high school and collegiate programs.  By "dancing for those who can’t" for hours on end, college and high school students across Indiana raise millions of dollars each year for the children at Riley Hospital.
