Trip Description

Geared specifically toward IWU students with a heart for or hoping to grow in evangelism, this group will travel to Antigua, Guatemala in the country’s ‘Central Highlands’ region.  We are partnering with CRU and Filters of Hope to lead a Spring Break trip to Guatemala. Our team will work with an in-country organization called Filters of Hope to install filters for clean drinking water to local families. The filters often open a door to share your faith as well.  Team members will go through training to share the Gospel and our team is working with pastors in those communities to connect families to local churches. Areas of emphasis for this trip will be humanitarian and evangelism.

This trip is not an academic course credit.
