UPS part-time employees can earn a degree from IWU with little or no out-of-pocket cost! Here’s how it works:
- IWU directly invoices Edcor, the program administrator, after the end of each course for participating employees who provide an Earn and Learn Voucher.
- (NOTE: The Student is responsible for any tuition and/or fees which are not covered by UPS or over their plan maximums, as stated in the UPS Tuition Assistance Program Policy. Visit https://www.jobs-ups.com/earn-and-learn to learn more about the UPS Earn and Learn Program.
- Earn $5,250 in assistance per calendar year with a lifetime maximum of $25,000.
- IWU can customize degree plans to maximize the use of UPS annual tuition assistance maximums.
Through Edcor, all UPS employees are eligible for a 10% tuition discount on IWU’s adult and online degree programs listed below.

Over half of all Indiana Wesleyan University students use some form of financial aid to finance their education.
