Indiana Wesleyan University-National & Global is proud to announce the official launch of The Talent Ladder: a division that aims to bridge the gap between training and education.
The Talent Ladder (TL) is providing innovative training solutions to employers and organizations as IWU’s answer to the talent alignment, attraction and retention issues employers face today. The Talent Ladder creates training programs that attract, develop, and upskill employees while offering credit toward degrees in the process.
“We heard from local and regional businesses that the talent shortage is a serious problem. We are committed to creating relevant, customized training that meets immediate needs, and creates long-term opportunities,” Lorne Oke, Ed.D, associate vice president of The Talent Ladder, said.
The TL supports the talent development needs of both organizations and individual learners through the following services:

- Customized training: Assessing an organization’s unique talent needs and opportunities, then creating a customized training program that helps them fill in the gaps.
- Training connected to college credits: Connecting an organization’s corporate training and development programs to college credits.
