$602 – $5,550 for academic year 2012-2013
File the FAFSA, preferably by March 10, for the following fall semester, although eligibility for this fund continues regardless of the FAFSA filing date.
Demonstrate high financial need
Eligibility is determined annually
EFC eligibility range:
0 – 4,995 for 2012-2013 academic year
12 or more credit hours required per term for full award
9 – 11 credit hours required for 3/4-time award in some cases
6 – 8 credit hours required for 1/2-time award in some cases
1 – 5 credit hours required for less-than-1/2-time award in some cases
Enrollment changes may impact Pell eligibility.
First undergraduate degree only. Pell Grant funding cannot be used for graduate class expenses or subsequent undergraduate studies after the student earns his or her first bachelor’s degree.
