IWU’s Associate of Science in Aviation Operations provides the certification and education to build a successful career in the high labor demand market of aviation through online and hands-on training. The program supports growth in required technology education with opportunities to practice excellent verbal and written communication skills.
This degree program provides an FAA Dispatcher Certification, opening the door to a job in the aerospace industry. This non-pilot program qualifies for several career opportunities in flight planning and dispatching airline flights. Students can work full-time throughout the program except during a 1–2-week residency for certification.
