Biography

Before joining IWU, Dr. "Dutch" M. Kendall spent over 20 years working as a Quality Engineer, Buyer, and Purchasing Manager for GE. He also has experience as a small business owner-operator and entrepreneur. Dutch is known as a results-oriented change agent with a reputation for strategic thinking, dynamic leadership, and outstanding communication skills. He has demonstrated proficiency in problem solving, negotiations, statistics, finance, writing, and market analysis.

Interests

Dr. Dutch has conducted research in the field of organizational spirituality, motivation, and corporate social responsibility. He has a passion for workplace faith issues and the intersection of the sacred and secular business worlds.
