She has been a Resident Director on two separate occasions and also served as an Assistant Director of Christian Formation at Bryan College. Kasey says that it is thanks to these opportunities that God has instilled a deep love for developing and walking alongside college students as they pursue their callings. Kasey and her husband, David, reside in Marion with their dog, Obi.

Maddey Hines
Graduate Assistant for Youth Ministry Events

Maddey recently graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University with a degree in Youth and Pastoral Ministries and now serves as the Graduate Assistant for Youth Ministry Events. With three years of experience working alongside this program, she’s developed a deep love for the behind-the-scenes work that brings events to life. Maddey is passionate about creating spaces where students can encounter God in fresh and powerful ways, and she’s excited to continue serving youth pastors and leaders through these transformative experiences. In her off time, Maddey enjoys spending time with her husband, watching reality TV, and baking sweet treats.

Summer Ministry Teams

Running a summer camp or summer weekend event?

IWU's Summer Ministry Teams are teams of college students that go around the country each summer serving camps. We offer teams that will lead worship as well as teams that serve as camp counselors or activities/rec help.
