Biography

Dr. Fromer has been a nurse for thirty years. Most of her work has been in home health care and hospice care. She has been an educator for ten years teaching both in pre-licensure and post-licensure nursing. Dr. Fromer also holds a certification from the National League for Nursing in education. She lives in Ohio with her husband and son. She enjoys gardening and is a certified Master Gardener and volunteers at a local library in their children’s garden.

Interests

Dr. Fromer’s research interests are concept-based curriculum, caring in the academic setting, and reflection. She is an active member of Sigma Theta Tau International and recently served as a House Delegate.
