Biography
Professor Atchison is a graduate of the Indiana Wesleyan University Graduate Counseling program. He began his track as a youth minister, but transitioned into the world of counseling as part of his Calling.
His time in the field has included experience as a therapist, clinical supervisor, and regional supervisor of a nationally recognized in-home agency where he helped to initiate six offices across Southern and Central Indiana. His experiences have primarily been with families with kids at-risk of being removed from the home due to emotional and behavioral disturbances.
He is a Nationally Certified Counselor as well as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Indiana. He is also a Clinical Fellow of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (AAMFT) and is a Candidate as a AAMFT - Approved Supervisor.
