Biography
Rhonda Oldham joined the full-time faculty for the Doctoral Nursing program at Indiana Wesleyan University's School of Nursing in 2010 after teaching as an adjunct faculty member for several years. Rhonda has almost thirty years of nursing experience including cardiovascular critical care, performance improvement, and management in a home care setting. Her teaching focus in on nursing informatics, leadership and management, and transcultural nursing. She has led several international trips with nursing students focusing on health care clinics and patient education.
