Biography

Rhonda Oldham joined the full time faculty at IWU in 2010 after teaching in an adjunct position for several years. Rhonda has almost thirty years of nursing experience including cardiovascular critical care, performance improvement, and management in a home care setting.  Her teaching focus in on nursing informatics, leadership and management, and transcultural nursing.  She has led several international trips with nursing students focusing on health care clinics and patient education.
