Dr. Johnson is an Associate Professor of Organizational Leadership in the Doctoral Program of Organizational Leadership in the School of Service and Leadership. She also served as a U.S. Fulbright Scholar (2012-2013), in Uganda, East Africa. Dr. Johnson has over ten years of teaching experience with diverse student populations online and in the classroom; experience teaching adult learners and traditional students on the undergraduate, graduate and doctoral levels in organizational leadership in subject matter areas that include organizational and personal leadership, management, spiritual formation and related subjects. Dr. Johnson's teaching expertise is informed by senior level leadership positions she has held in academia, government, international organizations and full-time church ministry.
