Why did you decide to teach at IWU?

If I’m honest, I never imagined myself living in the Midwest. As a Florida born and raised gal, I was convinced that I would spend my days soaking up the heat of the sun. Needless to say, when I arrived on the campus of IWU, I knew that this was where I was supposed to be. Christian Higher Education is my calling and having the opportunity to teach and lead at a Christian University that is known for Scholarship, Character, and leadership is where I belong.

Hobbies:

Traveling, photography, writing, reading, being outdoors.

Advice for a prospective student:

Stay curious. Don’t be afraid to take risks. Don’t let fear stop you from living the adventure that God has for you! It’s in those moments of stepping out of your comfort zone that God does His best work! The Lord your God will be with you wherever you go!
