All students receiving their Masters or Doctoral Degree.
This ceremony is for ALL students receiving a graduate-level degree. Which includes Marion Campus, National & Global (online), and Wesley Seminary students.
Shari Turpin is the designer and founder of Pearls by Shari, a Jackson Hole–based luxury jewelry brand featured in Neiman Marcus. An award-winning South Sea pearl buyer, she sources some of the rarest pearls in the world. What began as a homeschooling mother’s small business has grown into a global brand. Through her faith, she encourages others to trust God’s timing and embrace seasons of growth.
The Commencement ceremonies will be held in the Chapel Auditorium, the university’s primary venue for large gatherings, located in the heart of the Marion campus. This space regularly hosts chapel services, concerts, and major university events, offering ample seating for graduates and guests in a formal, celebratory setting.
Parking is located just outside the entrance to Chapel Auditorium.
Tickets are required for the 10:00 AM morning ceremony only, as this is the most heavily-attended ceremony.
Graduates will receive ticketing information via email prior to commencement.
No. There is no reserved seating for guests. All guest seating is general admission and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Space is available for ADA and handicapped guests.
ADA Parking: ADA parking is available just outside the Chapel Auditorium building, a short distance to the entrance. Golf carts are available in the parking lot to transport guests to the building entrance.
ADA Seating: ADA seating is available on the main level of the Chapel Auditorium.
Due to the large crowds expected for Commencement, guests are encouraged to arrive early to allow time for parking and the short walk into the venue. Several campus parking lots will be available near Chapel Auditorium for guest parking.
Please follow event signage and staff directions when arriving on campus.
ADA Parking
Accessible parking for vehicles with disability plates or placards is located in designated spaces near the building, and guests with limited mobility may be dropped off at the main entrance.
