MAKING THE WORLD A SAFER AND MORE SECURE PLACE

A Criminal Justice degree will prepare you for work in law enforcement, probation and other court services, corrections, or other agencies connected with the criminal justice system. There are also opportunities in victim assistance, paralegal/legal aid, court administration, corporate security, private investigations, research, education, law school, and graduate studies in criminal justice, or as a community service officer.

IWU's Bachelor of Science with a major in Criminal Justice program is designed to open opportunities and positions of leadership to those desiring to make this world a safer and more secure place for their fellow citizens. It is a need that is not likely to diminish in the foreseeable future, making this a growing and secure employment market for decades to come. Students may also choose to earn an Associate of Science degree for quick entry into the workforce and a foundation for further education.

If you are excited about bringing a Christian worldview and context to meeting future challenges and opportunities in the law enforcement realm, then we challenge you to consider majoring in Criminal Justice at Indiana Wesleyan University.

Faculty

At IWU, our Criminal Justice program is designed to offer you a Christ-centered approach to developing your understanding of people and the use of skills needed for working within our justice systems. You will be involved in personal, practical learning experiences, while learning from faculty members who are professionals in the field.
