Tiffany Snyder, Ph.D.

Director of Faculty Engagement and Associate Professor

Tiffany Snyder is Director of Faculty Engagement and an Associate Professor at Indiana Wesleyan University. Her work focuses on faculty development, academic innovation, and translating pedagogical and technological concepts into clear, actionable strategies that help educators adapt with curiosity and confidence.

Previously, Tiffany served in IWU’s Center for Life Calling and Career, shaping her emphasis on human flourishing and drawing on a background in positive psychology and wellness. She earned a Ph.D. in Psychology with an emphasis in the integration of psychology, technology, and learning. Her professional interests include artificial intelligence in higher education, faculty engagement, student thriving, and the future of teaching and learning.
