Faculty Profile
Heather Brady, a two-time graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University, began her teaching career in higher education at IWU in 2006. She brings experience as an intensive care unit staff nurse and a nurse practitioner in the urgent care setting. Since earning certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) in 2007, Dr. Brady has demonstrated an ongoing commitment to patient care and professional excellence.
Dr. Brady first taught in the MSN program at Indiana Wesleyan University before transitioning in 2011 to a full-time faculty role in the School of Nursing’s Pre-licensure program. She currently serves as the Division Chair of Pre-licensure Nursing. With a passion for nursing and ministry, Dr. Brady is dedicated to equipping students to serve others as the hands and feet of Jesus through their future nursing practice.
