Dr. Cynthia Faulkner brings more than 25 years of experience in healthcare administration, with expertise in behavioral health administration, healthcare policy, and organizational leadership. A member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, she has taught at Indiana Wesleyan University since 2015 and serves as Department Chair for Health Administration Programs and as a subject matter expert on healthcare issues and policy.
