Faculty Profile
Charlotte Peel is an Assistant Professor in the Division of Pre-licensure Nursing at Indiana Wesleyan University. She earned a BS in Nursing at Indiana Wesleyan University in 1993 and received her license as RN. She worked in multiple patient care units including telemetry, emergency department and critical care. She then was clinical manager at Bridges to Health clinic for nine years. During her regular practice Charlotte also worked as adjunct clinical instructor at IWU.
Charlotte then earned her MSN in Primary Care Nursing at Indiana Wesleyan in 2013 and became board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Charlotte started working at IWU in Fall of 2015. She continues to serve as a volunteer at Bridges to Health as Family Nurse Practitioner. Her passion for working with patients has translated to a passion for working with her students. She has learned through her personal and professional journey that you may not always know which path the Lord will lead you to, but it is always the right one!
