Marion Ed Center

Indiana Wesleyan University's Marion Education and Conference Center is located in Marion, Indiana, midway between Indianapolis and Fort Wayne along I-69.

Indiana Wesleyan University is a Christian comprehensive university of The Wesleyan Church. The University was founded in 1920 as Marion College and is committed to liberal arts and professional education. Indiana Wesleyan is the largest member of the Council for Christian Colleges and Universities, the largest private college in Indiana, based on enrollment, and is one of the largest employers in Grant County.

Academic Testing

We are recognized as a regional and/or national testing facility for several different types of assessments. IWU is committed to assisting all of our students as they make progress toward their educational goals.

CLEP Testing

There are two separate fees to pay before taking a CLEP test:

  1. CLEP Registration Fee payable to Indiana Wesleyan University:
    • $25.00 per test for IWU students
    • $75.00 per test for non-IWU students

    Step 1. Register for CLEP at IWU

  2. CLEP Exam Fee of $97 payable to College Board:
    • Before taking the CLEP test, you must create an account and register for the appropriate exam through CLEP on the College Board Website.
    • This is where you will pay for the $97 exam fee via credit or debit card.
    • You will be given a printable voucher which you  must bring with you on test day.

DSST Testing

There are two separate fees to pay before taking a DSST test:

  1. DSST Registration Fee payable to Indiana Wesleyan University:
    • $25.00 per test for IWU students
    • $75.00 per test for non-IWU students

  2. DSST Exam Fee of $85 per test is due on the day of the test, and will be collected at the Testing Center.

Marion Conference Center

In addition to conference and meeting facilities, this space offers state-of-the-art classrooms, study rooms, three break areas, banquet hall venue, large lounge and vending machines.
