IWU graduate students with a residential need to be on campus are eligible to apply for housing in the North Townhouses!
The North Townhouses have rolling admission and availability. Graduate students can stay in the townhouses for the duration of their enrollment, including holiday and summer breaks. Graduate Housing is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

The North Townhouses provide apartment-style housing for Indiana Wesleyan University graduate students who have a residential need to live on campus. Designed to support students throughout their academic journey, this housing option offers the independence, flexibility, and convenience needed to balance graduate studies, work, and personal responsibilities.
Residents live in townhouse-style units with shared living spaces, creating opportunities for community while maintaining the privacy and comfort of a more independent living environment. Housing is available year-round, including holiday and summer breaks, for the duration of a student's enrollment.
Townhouse-style apartments feature three private bedrooms and three bathrooms across two levels, along with a shared living room, full kitchen, and in-unit washer and dryer. Each bedroom includes a twin bed, dresser, desk and chair, two walk-in closets, and a private bathroom, providing graduate students with the comfort, privacy, and independence needed to feel at home throughout their studies.
Located on the north side of campus, the North Townhouses provide graduate students with a convenient residential setting that offers easy access to academic buildings, campus resources, and student services while maintaining the comfort and independence of townhouse living.

Bedrooms are approximately 13’ x 13’.
Each townhouse is a total of 1,398.2 square feet.
No, all mail delivered to campus goes through campus mail.
You can sign up for a campus mailbox at the mail room in the Barnes Student Center.
Contact the graduate assistant for graduate housing at least 30 days prior to your desired move-out date.
If there are no damages, your housing deposit will be returned to you following your departure from campus.
