Do Life Together at Kem

Kem Hall opened in 2001 alongside its sister hall, Scripture Hall. Kem Hall is a suite-style residence hall housing 190+ male sophomores, juniors, and seniors.

Kem suites are comprised of 2 or 3 spacious bedrooms (housing 4 or 6 students respectively), a common living room and a shared bathroom. This suite-style living fosters deep relationships among close-knit groups of men.

The Kem lobby provides a communal space for all the residents to come together for hall-wide programming and events. Kem is located at the center of IWU’s campus and is just a short hop from the Student Center or any classroom.

Vision for Kem Hall:
“My desire for Kem Hall is that it is a place where men are challenged to grow authentically in their relationship with God and others. My prayer is that men would be encouraged and equipped to lead lives marked by the sacrificial love of Christ as they prepare to serve him in the world beyond IWU.”
