Do you desire to use your musical talents to lead worship in a local church or other ministry setting?
Indiana Wesleyan University's Worship Studies and Music Ministry major - a shared major between the School of Theology and Ministry and the Division of Music - trains students deeply in both worship foundations and music. Designed for the advanced musical worship leader, this innovative and unique interdisciplinary program immerses students in areas such as liturgical theology, global worship, worship leading, music theory, conducting, and applied voice or instrument, all for the purpose of becoming skilled musicians who are well formed in true worship. (60 hours)
"The Worship Studies and Music Ministry program has completely discerned my call to ministry and helped me line my story with God's story. This program has equipped me with the needed confidence, experience, and knowledge to commit myself to a life of servant leadership through worship. I highly recommend this program!"
