Townhouses South

Both

The South Townhouses were built in 1998 to offer a different residential option for upper-division students as they prepare for independent living after college. The South Townhouses offer two-story apartment layouts for groups of 6 students. Each townhouse includes 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a common living room, kitchen, and laundry area. The South Townhouse Community Center offers an area for residents to come together for programming and events, and houses the Front Desk and RD office.

Favorite IWU Tradition:

Wildcat Week, more specifically the Bubble Tug of War, is an awesome way to start the year. The whole week is full of fun opportunities to build hall and unit pride, while getting to know people right out of the gate!

Vision for South Townhouses:

My hope for the South Townhouses is that the upperclassmen who live there will think of it as a true home, where they can grow as individuals and as a community of neighbors, and begin to see what community can be like after they leave IWU.
