Townhouses South

Both

The South Townhouses were built in 1998 to offer a different residential option for upper-division students as they prepare for independent living after college. The South Townhouses offer two-story apartment layouts for groups of 6 students. Each townhouse includes 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a common living room, kitchen, and laundry area. The South Townhouse Community Center offers an area for residents to come together for programming and events, and houses the Front Desk and RD office.
