Built in 2004, Martin Hall is home to 210 IWU women. Since it is a traditional hall housing Freshmen through Seniors, Martin women benefit from the informal mentoring and peer support that can happen when students at every stage in their college experience share life and learning together. Martin residents enjoy one of the best “backyards” on campus with a spacious, quiet lawn spotted with large, mature trees.
Vision for Martin Hall:
“My hope for Martin is that it would be a home of women who boldly know they are daughters of God and confidently walk forth in the calling to make disciples while being united in the Spirit. May Martin be an authentic, grace-filled community that challenges others to learn and apply truth as it is written in Scripture.”
Favorite IWU Tradition:
“The occasional free drink at McConn is always a game changer.
I also really enjoy Wildcat Week (a hall competition the first weekend on campus), Fallapalooza (fall themed campus wide dance), and Cookie Crawl (venturing to each hall to collect cookies throughout the night).”
