Personal Strength Assessments
Individuals have the opportunity to take a variety of Personal Strength Assessments to provide more clarity around their human uniqueness. Coaches review the results during coaching sessions, classes, training, or personal one-on-ones, and help individuals decide how to integrate this new information into their sense of life calling and development process.
Clifton Strengths:
This assessment is a talent instrument from Gallup that helps you discover, understand, and maximize your natural talents and gifts. It reveals your top five themes from the 34 key life strengths and then provides an opportunity to explore and develop those strengths in more depth.
The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI):
The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®assessment is the most widely used personality assessment in the world. With a proven record of reliability spanning more than 50 years, it offers a foundation for understanding individual differences and applying that understanding to the ways people think, communicate, and interact. Versatile and dependable, the MBTI tool sets the stage for lifelong learning and development.
The Strong Interest Inventory (SII):
The Strong Interest Inventory(SII) is an interest tool used in career assessment. The goal of this assessment is to give insight into your interests, to help with decisions about your career and calling. Based on the Holland Codes, the Strong assessment is designed and useful for helping choose a major, career exploration, and career development.
The Intrinsic Motivation Assessment Guide & Evaluation (IMAGE)

Life Calling Model
Dr. Bill Millard’s model for life calling focuses on three areas: Foundational Values, Unique Design, and Personal Mission. Foundational Values explores the integration of faith, character, and service in determining an individual’s worldview and beliefs that guide their actions. Unique Design integrates student’s strengths, passions, and experiences to better understand who God created them to be, as well as to equip them to serve in effective, fulfilling ways. Personal Mission prompts individuals to assess the needs in the world around them, establish their vision for change, and commit to actions related to those needs and vision. The combination of these areas is where and how you discover your life calling. In other words,”What has the Caller created you to do?”
