Eligibility Requirements: Students must be under the age of 23 and dependents of full-time paid employees with full benefits of a cooperating coalition institution.

Filing Deadline: The application for Tuition Exchange must be received prior to January 15 for the following fall semester. If there are spaces for spring, applications must be received by Oct. 1.

Renewal Requirements: Recipients must submit before May 1 of each academic year the continued eligibility form confirming their parent/guardian continues to be a full-time paid employee with benefits at the participating institution.

Enrollment Requirements: Full-time enrollment each fall and spring semester

Special Rules: Students must be residents in the university-managed residence facilities and on full board from dining services. Students may only receive the Tuition Exchange for a total of eight (8) semesters on the condition that at least one parent remains employed full time at the cooperating institution. Students are required to file the FAFSA each year.
