Your college credit will transfer to IWU if:

The credit is from an accredited institution. |
2. |
You receive a "C" or higher in the course. |
3. |
The course is a 100-level course or higher. |

Indiana Core: If a student submits an official transcript indicating the Indiana Core requirements have been met, all general education requirements at IWU will be met (excluding Old Testament, New Testament and the Theology of Christian Life). See more information regarding the Indiana CORE.
ASAP: IWU has established a partnership with Ivy Tech through the ASAP program. If you are considering the ASAP program or are currently enrolled in it and considering future studies at IWU, please contact an IWU transfer admissions counselor to obtain further information.
Advanced Placement (AP): Request your official test scores to be sent directly from CollegeBoard to IWU. To determine if IWU accepts a particular AP test, see the official list. Questions regarding AP can be directed to the Registration and Academic Services Office at RAS@indwes.edu.
College Level Examination Program (CLEP): Request your official examination scores to be sent directly from CollegeBoard to IWU. To determine if IWU accepts a particular CLEP test, see the official list. The cost of a CLEP test is $105.00 ($80.00 test fee; $25.00 site fee). Once a student has successfully completed the CLEP test and achieved the necessary score to obtain course credit, the student can select to purchase credits to be applied to IWU ($25.00 per credit hour). Questions regarding CLEP can be directed to the Registration and Academic Services Office at RAS@indwes.edu.
