- Review a list of available fall or spring courses and select your course(s). We encourage you to include a second choice in case your first choice is closed. For assistance with courses offered during the summer, please contact the Admissions Office at wildcatacademy@indwes.edu or 765-677-2475.
- First-time applicants should submit the online application, grade release form, high school transcript, and letter of recommendation.
- Returning dual credit students, submit the online application and grade release form.
- Pay application fee online.
- Submit tuition for coursework online.
- Once an application is approved for dual credit for the academic term, paperwork will be processed and a Permit to Register forwarded to Registration & Academic Services (RAS) by the third full week of April for summer terms and fall classes, and by the week following Thanksgiving for spring and May term classes or upon receipt of applications and all required documents received after those dates. You will receive a confirmation e-mail at the address provided on the application once you are registered for the class. If you do not receive confirmation by May 1 or December 1, first check your Junk Mail folder to make sure it did not go there. If it did not, please contact RAS at 765-677-2845 to inquire.
- The first time you register for an Onsite Dual Credit class, you will be asked to provide a personal e-mail address. It’s important that you provide an e-mail other than your school account as outside e-mails are often blocked to these accounts. Once you are registered, you will receive an e-mail from Admissions that contains your IWU student login name. You will receive your IWU student e-mail address in these communications. Your IWU student login and password will access your student e-mail account and Learning Studio. Be sure to keep this login information as you will use it for multiple purposes, including the request for a parking permit and receiving class announcements from your professor.
- You will need to get an IWU student ID, purchase a parking permit if you will be parking a car on campus, and purchase necessary books.
