Indiana Wesleyan University's School of Theology and Ministry is hosting a ministry residency fair Thursday, October 31st, in the Noggle Christian Ministries Center on the residential campus of IWU. The residency fair is an opportunity for IWU student to connect with representatives of 19 different churches and parachurch organizations. These are places where IWU students might serve a summer internship or longer term internships after graduation. Students can talk with church leaders and even set up interviews, set up appointments to visit churches.
The residency fair allows for students to be exposed to ministry opportunities, and for churches to learn more about Indiana Wesleyan University while interacting with students interested in ministry. The School of Theology and Ministry views the fair as an opportunity to continue to build and strengthen the partnership between IWU and the local church.
“The residency fair at IWU is definitely on my calendar twice each year. There is such a high level of mentorship, instruction, and discipleship poured into every ministry student by the incredible staff at IWU. This translates into a quality resident or intern that’s ready to learn and do ministry,” says Steve Anderson of Keystone Community Church in Saline, MI.
