IWU Honors Veterans

Monday November 11, 2019 at 7:30 a.m. | Barnes Student Center Banquet Rooms

The Office of Diversity and Inclusion invites you to join us in honoring all veterans, as well as those currently serving, during our Veterans Day Prayer Breakfast programming. The IWU community, veterans and their families, and community guests are welcome to attend. Registration is required*.

Features of the Event:

  • Keynote Speaker – John Copas, who leads the local chapter of Guitars for Vets will be our guest speaker. Veterans find hope in an unlikely place: behind the wood and strings of an acoustic guitar. The healing power of music helps soldiers cope!
