Students in the Student Development Administration program can take advantage of Indiana Wesleyan University’s innovative traditional Student Development programs, which the School of Life Calling and Integrative Learning, unique first-year program initiatives, dynamic Residence Life, activity and mentoring, life coaching, Global Studies, and career development programs as well as IWU’s Adult Student Advising, Retention, and Recruiting Offices.
The 36 hour MA in Student Development Administration can be completed online or blended (at the Marion or Indianapolis-West Campuses). The curriculum includes two professional internships which can be completed at a site near the student. Graduates are qualified to serve in higher education in such areas as: Residence Life, Student Activities, Career Counseling, Multicultural Affairs, Admissions/Enrollment Management, Academic Advising, Financial Aid, Life Coaching, Retention/Student Success, Global Initiatives, & Mentoring.
