Graduate Technology Certificate
The Graduate Technology/Digital Literacy Certificate is an 18 hour concentration that prepares the student to foster digital citizenship with the effective integration of technology. Areas of focus include technical knowledge, digital learning theory, design principles, change management, and data driven decision-making.
The program can be completed in 12 months with continuous enrollment. There are no course by course graduate level prerequisites. Selected courses may be taken with permission.
The Certificate meets the requirements of the Higher Learning Commission (HLC) to teach undergraduate level courses in technology for learning or digital and information literacy. This includes secondary school advanced placement, dual enrollment, or early college courses in technology for success during undergraduate study.

Off-Campus Library Services (OCLS)
Library instruction is provided to students at the start of their program at IWU. Reference and document delivery services give students access to all collections of the Jackson Library on the IWU residential campus, as well as Instructional Resource Center services, Interlibrary Loan services, and many e-books and online journals.
