  • Official Bachelor's degree transcript. Students are required to have a grade of B- or better in a 100 level or higher college mathematics course.
  • One-page narrative explaining the applicant's interest in the certificate.
  • One-page resume summarizing educational achievement, professional and service experiences.
  • Two professional references.

  • The students must complete coursework in the five core areas of public health and maintain a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0 (B) on a 4.0 scale.

To complete this Certificate, candidates must show evidence of the following:

  • All credits required in the course of studies with a minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
  • Minimum grade of “B-” or higher in all MPH courses.
  • Payment of all tuition and fees is required to receive a certificate.
