The total cost of the program, including tuition, books, eBooks, and fees, will be determined prior to your enrollment. The cost will be divided into several payments spread over the course of the program. Course textbooks will be shipped to you before each course begins. The cost of books increases for shipments outside of the 48 contiguous United States.


The total credit hours and per-credit-hour costs listed above are effective for the core program. For prerequisite or other required courses if applicable, students will need to pay for appropriate tuition, books, and any additional fees. Costs may change if you withdraw from the program and restart in a future program at a later date.

Students must complete all LOG courses and may select either BUS 105 or BIS 225 to reach the required 21 credit hours for the specialization.

Admission Requirements

The admission requirements for the associate degree programs offered through the College of Adult and Professional Studies are as follows:

  1. Proof of standard high school diploma or GED certification.
  2. Submission of all required items for the admissions process as outlined in the "application procedures" section of the application packet.

Graduation Requirements

To graduate with an associate degree, the following requirements must be met:

  1. Completion of 60 semester hours.
  2. Completion of foundational, major, general education, and specialization requirements as outlined in the program of study.
  3. Completion of 24 semester hours in the major with a minimum GPA of 2.0. To meet the residency requirement 15 semester hours must be completed at IWU.
  4. Cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher.
  5. Payment of all tuition and fees is required to receive a diploma.
