The Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Teacher Leadership program is offered in an online format and may also be offered at locations throughout Indiana. The Master's in teacher leadership program is designed for practicing classroom teachers seeking an advanced degree in teacher leadership. Candidates will complete a 33-credit-hour M.Ed. program, which aligns to the national Teacher Leader Model Standards. Candidates may select from one of two specializations: elementary or secondary teaching. These Master's degree in leadership courses are designed to promote and support teacher leadership as a vehicle for transforming schools to meet the needs of 21st-century learners.
