The Indiana Teaching Certificate - English Language Learning program provides an 18 credit hour post-baccalaureate course of study for teachers seeking to obtain an Indiana English learner's license to serve the English language learning student population. Candidates completing the 18 credit hour program gain content and pedagogical content knowledge related to professional teaching standards for serving English language learners. Upon successful completion of all course work and the state-required licensure examination, candidates are eligible for a P-12 English learner's teaching license in the state of Indiana.
