* For the HR specialization, MGT-435 and MGT-490 meet both core and specialization requirements, and ADM-495 is taken in lieu of MGT-496.
* HR specialization courses must all be taken at IWU. The HR specialization is available to online students and also to onsite students in Indiana.
Available to all non-Management majors within the College of Adult and Professional Studies or the School of Nursing-Post Licensure program. Courses may not count toward a minor and a major at the bachelor level. (Total of 18 credit hours)
* Business Administration (BSBA) majors take BUS-175 (Introduction to Personnel Supervision) in lieu of MGT-302.
