 Curriculum Vitae

Robbi Henson has been teaching English and Writing courses at IWU since 1991, with a focus on academic and nonfiction genres of writing. In 1996, she founded the writing center, now called the Ink Well, and has directed it since.  Her academic interests lie in writing center scholarship, and she particularly enjoys mentoring the Ink Well writing consultants in scholarship and collaborating with them to develop presentations for writing center conferences. In addition, she has presented papers at the International Writing Center Association Conference and the Conference on College Composition and Communication. Her goal is to help students use their writing to make a difference in their worlds.
