Rob Curfman

Emeritus Professor of Photography



Rob Curfman provides a voice of experience as a veteran commercial (architectural and product) photographer and educator. An educator of art for 38 years, (30 years in higher education), Rob has received a Master of Fine Arts degree in Visual Arts from the Art Institute of Boston, a Master of Arts in Art Education from Ball State University and Herron School of Art, and a BA in Art Education from Indiana Wesleyan University. While Rob continues to work as a commercial photographer, his most recent work investigates conceptual genres of semiotic theories of perception and theological preoccupations within contemporary studies of the sublime landscape. He continues to share a passion and love for photography and arts education, and their integration within the providence of God’s Word.
