Ms. Craig has served as an administrator for Indiana Wesleyan University where she has been responsible for management of many aspects of higher education adult degree programs for over 11 years.  In addition, she has written online curriculum in marketing and management since 2005.  Ms. Craig has taught multiple areas of marketing and management at the graduate and undergraduate level both online and face to face since 2003.   

Ms. Craig brings to her audience over 30 years of experience in multiple areas of marketing and management. She has established a thorough understanding of customer and brand management through daily interaction with manufacturers such as Brown Forman and Sara Lee and major retailers such as Macy’s, J. C. Penney, Walmart and Dillard’s. With these manufacturers and retailers, Ms. Craig has researched, planned, and implemented marketing and sales strategies on the national and international level.  In addition, she has managed international sales forces operating an annual budget of over 32 million dollars. 

Her career also includes extensive experience in advertising and media creation and sales.  As a marketing consultant, Ms. Craig was responsible for concept development, placement and effective evaluation of advertising and promotional campaigns using both internal company resources and external vendors.  She brings a thorough understanding of broadcast, print, digital, outdoor and alternative local, regional and national media production and placement.

After years of business management experience, Jeanne received her Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Middle Tennessee State University in 1999.  She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Education, Summa Cum Laude, from Ball State University in Muncie, IN.  Jeanne has completed courses and comprehensive exams at the doctoral level. Ms. Craig has three adult children, loves to swim and garden, and resides in Marion, IN.
