Biography
Dr. Bartley is a second generation IWU alumnus, who grew up in The Wesleyan Church. His associations include Young America's Foundation, Intercollegiate Scholastic Institute, and the James Madison Fellowship Foundation. He has conducted travel courses to Washington, D.C., Great Britain, and China, and has been a long-standing member of the University’s Faculty Senate. He has been a frequent speaker with the Indiana Family Institute’s Congressional Leadership Conference. Having taught at IWU for more than twenty-five years, Dr. Bartley enjoys sharing his passion for history and politics both in and out of the classroom.
