Biography

I have been a family practice nurse practitioner for 19 years and still greatly enjoy what I do.  I feel that helping to train the next generation of NPs is just as important as taking care of my patients.  While most of my clinical career has been in the primary care setting, I have also worked as a hospitalist, in the emergency room, urgent care and served in the U.S. Foreign Service stationed in Abuja, Nigeria for two years.  My husband and I have raised two children and have one granddaughter.  I love traveling, reading, walking, quilting and family time.
