Coaching is partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. The IWU Life Coaching program supports the School of Life Calling and Integrative Learning and IWU's missions by assisting individuals in discovering their unique, God-given design, developing a sense of life calling, and equipping them with fundamental life skills for future personal and professional development.
"My life coach was a good listener. She helped me to get better clarity on what my strengths were and how I can use them. Also, she helped me to focus on what I would like to do and what options would be the best to complete that goal." - Sophomore Male, March 2012
Coaching can help students gain a more clear sense of their current life calling, increase leadership potential as world changers and identify a career path before graduation. To increase clarity on these three areas, all Wildcats can receive coaching at no cost for a minimum of three hours by a trained professional for life purpose and career development before graduation.
