Ms. Thresette BriggsThe featured Speaker for this gathering is Ms. Thresette Briggs, 2006 Indiana Wesleyan University Graduate.

With a background that includes over 20 years senior and organizational leadership expertise, Thresette has partnered with global, diverse organizations with up to10,000 employees and revenues over $13 billion, as well as small to medium sized businesses to help achieve successful transformations and turnarounds.  She has been featured in national leadership conferences, on radio shows, as a voice talent for an Emmy-award winning production company, and as a contributing author for international publications. She holds multiple business certifications including SHRM-Senior Certified Professional, Coach, Professional Speaker, Development Dimensions International (DDI) Facilitator, and is a member of the John Maxwell Team.  

An active leader in her community, Thresette serves on the Board of Directors for the National Association for Women Business Owners (NAWBO) Indianapolis Chapter, Women for Change Coaching Community and the Indiana Wesleyan University Alumni Association Advisory Board.  She received her Masters in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University and her Bachelor of Business Administration from The Wichita State University. Thresette also serves as a Sunday School Teacher for her church, and an Adjunct Professor for the Indiana Wesleyan University DeVoe School of Business.'
