Indiana Wesleyan University is comprised of multiple operational units. Each is responsible for the administration of resources, as well as the management of their respective infrastructure.

The administration of policies and infrastructure which imparts all units of the University is managed by central administration. This includes Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Affairs, the Office of Diversity and Inclusion, University Advancement, the Registrar's Office, the Office of the Provost, and the Office of the President.

IWU-Marion

IWU-Marion encompasses the traditional Marion campus, including student life and development, athletics, Jackson Library, facilities, marketing, and enrollment management. The academic units which are serviced by IWU-Marion are the College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) and a portion of the School of Nursing (SON).

IWU-National & Global

IWU-National & Global covers all aspects of the adult programs, including marketing, student support services, and enrollment management. The principal academic units within IWU-National & Global are the College of Adult and Professional Studies (CAPS), the School of Health Sciences (SHS), and a portion of the School of Nursing (SON).

Wesley Seminary

As an embedded seminary, Wesley Seminary utilizes the resources and infrastructure of the larger University in its operations with the exception of advancement and student support services.
