Biography

Why did you decide to teach at IWU?

Coming to Indiana Wesleyan University meant moving closer to home, working with a college friend, Dr. Katie Wampler, and helping build something special that will outlast both of us. I wanted to teach at a Christian school that was willing to ask hard questions about how we integrate faith and art.

Hobbies:

I enjoy traveling with my children and wife, bass fishing, the music of U2, and many things pop culture.

Advice for a prospective student:

Your stories matter. If you love theatre, learn how to stage your stories with professionalism. If you enjoy theatre, but don't plan to pursue it as a vocation, still learn how to stage your stories. If you're not sure about theatre, but want to be a world changer, learn more about how stories matter!
