The Higher Education Opportunity Act of 2008 requires colleges and universities to provide a Prospective Athlete Report to prospective student athletes detailing campus and athletic demographics and graduation rates.

The Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act (EADA) requires colleges and universities to annually report information regarding participation in and support of intercollegiate (varsity) athletic programs for men and women. The tables below are extracted from Indiana Wesleyan University's Fall 2009 EADA federal report, which relates to the 2008-09 school year. A copy of the entire EADA report is available upon request from institutional.research@indwes.edu.
